Jalapeno Pepper	1/4 inch slice		with a few seeds

Orange Bitters	1 dash
Orange	1	Peel	Reserve for garnish

Method

Muddle the jalapeno with the syrup, add everything else, shake and strain, garnish with a flamed twist
