Method
Simmer the beer, cinnamon, star anise and ginger in a pan until reduced to 1/3, strain out the solids and measure the liquid. Combine with an equal amount of sugar and allow to cool. Add all remaining ingredients to a shaker, dry shake, add ice, shake and strain. Garnish with raspberries on a pick
