Mezcal Mule

| Cucumber | 4 | Slice | Reserve 1 for garnish |

Method
Muddle the syrup and cucumber in the shaker, add everything else then shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger, a slice of cucumber and a pinch of chilli
